If a Home Security Camera catches a crime on it, can police enter the house and take the video?

Without a warrant or a subpoena.

or if a store security camera catches a crime on it.

No, they would request it or serve the owner a subpoena. We also have a motion to preserve evidence we could serve the owner which basically orders them not to destroy or erase the tape while waiting for a subpoena.

However, in my state a liquor store or medical marijuana establishment is required (by state statute) to turn over and video evidence, receipts etc. upon demand – or face losing their license and a civil fine. I think there is a few other types of business but I can’t remember off hand.
