Photoelectric Fire Detectors

Does anyone know where to buy a smoke detector with photoelectric sensor and sealed-in 10 yr. lithium battery?

I have been searching everywhere and I couldn’t seem to find the right one. Most of the stores carry the ionization one instead of the photoelectric one with tamper-proof feature. I desperately need this for the home day-care fire inspection. Please help me and I’ll really appreciate it. Thank you!
