my wife mistreat my baby?
hi i live in mexico city, i dont know what to do, my wife when she fed my little baby and my baby dont eat, she slap him and sofocate him whit a cloath and didnt feed him any more, how i kwno that, because i put i hiden camera, and i saw that, i didnt do anything because the law protects all the women here and not for a chance i have the oportunity of keeping my child, so from that moment i didnt let she be alone whit my baby boy, the law is going to give the baby to she if i put some demand?
in the u.s. is the same as here? that the law dont care for the babys?
last june 2007 she took my baby and went to her parents house, i can not go to her parent house and get my baby because the law can say that i was entering ilegaly to her house and i can go to jail, i told the autoritys that she mistreat my baby and they say that they cant do nothing.
i think that there should be some kind of inmediate law to do something in the instant they are told that a baby is mistreat.
