My sister said its my fault im being stalked/harassed?
okay…. is this considered harassment?
WHere i go to study… ive noticed this guy is constantly…. watching me.
And then today, he passes me a note. “what are you wating for?”
and then i got home, and read the rest, he told me to meet him in the mens bathroom downstairs. What the ****???? I am freaked out. This is the same guy that has been following me around..
I’ve always gotten this very weird eerie feeling from him whenever I see him around..
should I alert the security gaurd to watch out for him? And show him the note?
Over the past few weeks there’s been an alarming rate of sexual assualts happening. It even happened at my school which is the first time since the 60′s.
I dont want anyone to think im over-reeacting.. should i tell someone?

When he handed you the note, it would have been a good idea to preserve it in a plastic bag, for the police to check for fingerprints, because I am certain he is either a convicted felon, or a person who never was caught. The police need to be notified tomorrow morning, if not in the next ten minutes. You have proof of assault, the assault occurred when he handed you the note. He might have even committed Battery on you if you thought, even for a moment, that you were in danger of bodily harm. That is what I would tell the police, as silly as it may sound to uninformed people. In law, one does NOT have to be actually touched to bring a charge of Battery. You at LEAST can try to get a protection order.
